FIREARM SAFETY CLASS

Sheriff Matt Gentry would like to remind everyone about the upcoming Firearms Safety Class. The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) will host the class Tuesday, June 15th @ 6:00 PM and Live-fire Saturday, June 19th @ 8:00 a.m.The first class will be at Temple Baptist Church. The class will be offered at no cost to those who attend. Citizens may sign up for this class in order to attend the Live-fire safety course that will be held at the CCSO range (also at no cost). To register please email Deputy Chad Whaley at [email protected]. Citizens are not required to register but this will give deputies an idea as to how many participants will be in attendance. You may also call to ask questions at (256)734-0342. Do NOT bring a gun or ammo on Tuesday night. This is a classroom portion-only class.
