Congratulations Heather and Rayce

Wallace State Nursing instructor Heather Ashley was named Wallace State Community College’s Teacher of the Year and Rayce Cleghorn as the college’s Student of the Year Friday during the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce’s State of Education program.
