TWO CULLMAN COUNTY MEN ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER

On 11/17/21, at approximately 3pm, the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office received a call involving a confrontation where a firearm had been discharged in the Dodge City area. The suspects had fled the scene soon after. Deputies and Investigators responded and discovered this had been the result of a road rage incident. Investigators were able to quickly identify the suspects. The suspect vehicle, and both suspects were located a short time later.
Tevin Oneil Murray, (25) of Hanceville and Dallas Chase Sandlin (23) of Cullman, were located and in custody in less than 2 hours of the incident.
Murray was arrested and charged with:
- Aggravated Assault / Attempted Murder
- Assault / Reckless Endangerment
- Menacing
- FTA HWOP Day
- FTA Residence license Hunting
- FTA Taking of Protected Birds or Animals with bait
Sandlin was arrested and charged with: - Aggravated Assault / Attempted Murder
