Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry and the Cullman County Sheriff’s Rodeo Committee made a donation to Cullman County Superintendent Shane Barnette and Cullman City Schools Superintendent Kyle Kallhoff.
The donation will help fund the special needs programs across the district. The money will be divided among the thirty one schools in Cullman County who have special needs children.
“The special needs rodeo is very near and dear to my heart. It is one of the highlights of the year that we all look forward to each year, here at the sheriff’s office. Seeing the smiles and joy on all the kids, and adults faces is extremely rewarding,” said Sheriff Matt Gentry.
The Special Needs Rodeo will be held December 9th. The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office Rodeo will then be held on Friday and Saturday, December 10th and 11th.
