CULLMAN MAN DIES IN OVERNIGHT SHOOTING IN FALKVILLE

Just before midnight, Deputies responded to a shooting call in the 300 block of Jim Henderson Rd in unincorporated Falkville. Upon arrival, Deputies located the shooting victim: Isaac Keola Rodgers, 31 of Holy Pond. He died at the scene.

Investigators arrived and processed the scene, arresting Thomas Dale Chapman, 58 of Falkville. He is charged with murder. Chapman was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail with a $150,000 bond.

Deputies were assisted by Morgan County Coroners Office Jeff Chunn, Morgan County 911, Falkville Fire & Rescue, Falkville Police Department Ebenezer Volunteer Fire Department and LifeGuard EMS.
