Deputy Ron Wood and the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office litter crew received some much needed help on Earth Day 2021. Mr. Tom Miller spearheads the Crane Hill group known as the LTCV – Litter Trash Clean-up Volunteers. Their goal and purpose is to “combine the expertise and energy of local organizations and volunteers to keep Cullman County clean and beautiful for our residents and visitors.” Deputy Jim Butts and Deputy Ron Wood, along with the litter crew, assisted the LCTV in their cleanup efforts along County Road 109. Together, they picked up approximately 700 pounds of garbage. The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank them and all the citizens of Cullman County who are doing their part in helping to make Cullman County better.
