Gold Ridge Fire Department personnel have been working hard, not only have they been answering calls for service, but they’ve also been a lot of training.
Gold Ridge Fire Department is honor to inform the communities, that 3 of there personnel recently obtained state certifications through the Alabama Fire College.
Those certifications are outlined as follows:
Firefighter Andrew Ramey: Volunteer Fire Fighter, Hazardous Materials/WMD-Awareness, and Hazardous Materials/WMD-Operations.
Lieutenant Jacob Guthrie: Volunteer Fire Fighter, Hazardous Materials/WMD-Awareness, and Hazardous Materials/WMD-Operations.
Assistant Chief Ryan Whisenhunt: Officer I
Gold Ridge Fire Department continue to remain committed to the communities.
Gold Ridge Fire Department is thankful for the support of our communities and recognize, that we’re able to accomplish much because of that support.
Additionally, we’re thankful for our partnership with Vinemont-Providence Fire Department. They hosted the Volunteer Fire Fighter and Hazardous Materials courses. Their leadership and instructors are valuable to all.
