CITY OF CULLMAN LAUNCHES #ItsNotAboutYou CAMPAIGN URGING CITIZENS TO WEAR MASKS AND MAINTAIN 6FT APART IN PUBLIC

From the City of Cullman:
As a City, we have launched our #ItsNotAboutYou campaign to encourage people to follow the steps below. We have partnered with Congressman Robert Aderholt, Cullman Regional Medical Center, Chairman Kenneth Walker, Senator Garlan Gudger Jr., Rep. Randall Shedd, Scott Stadthagen, State Representative District 9, State Representative Corey Harbison, and other community leaders to encourage community members to practice the following:
1. Wash Your Hands, frequently.
2. Maintain 6-foot distance when out.
3. Wear a Mask, when you can’t maintain 6-feet.
Mayor Jacobs stated, “Today, Abbot Mike Voss, Coach Mike Dean, and myself are strongly urging you to wear a face covering for the next 29 days when in public places. We cannot make this political or about ourselves. We believe that each person has it in him or her to place others’ needs in front of their own for the next 29 days .”
