Cullman Regional to Host Heart Health Seminar February 20th

Cullman, AL – In celebration of American Heart Month, Cullman Regional invites you to attend our heart health community seminar next Thursday, February 20th.

Coronary artery calcification (CAC) is an excellent cardiovascular disease risk indicator. Knowing your score could save your life. A calcium score exam is a quick, convenient and noninvasive way of evaluating the amount of calcified (hard) plaque in your heart vessels. Join Cardiologist Tracy Neal, MD, from the Cullman Regional Medical Group to learn about the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular disease and to see if you are a candidate for the CT calcium score exam.

The Heart Health Seminar will be held on Thursday, February 20th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm in the Colonel Cullmann Room, located in Professional Office Building 2 on the Cullman Regional Campus (1912 AL Hwy 157, Cullman, AL 35058). Cost of this lunch and learn program is $5 for Healthy Life members and $8 for others. To reserve your spot, register online at CullmanRegional.com or call (256) 290-3644.
